Welcome!  And thank you for visiting this blog!

My name is Bob Cummings and I am exploring the fascinating and growing evidence that consciousness and spirituality – thought and prayer – affect health.

My title is “Christian Science Committee on Publication for Michigan”, but put more simply, I am the media and legislative spokesperson for Christian Science in Michigan.

I am in the public healing practice of Christian Science, helping others find healing in God’s great love through prayer. I have been a student of the Bible my whole life. I attended Christian Science Sunday School throughout my childhood, and today I enjoy being a Sunday School teacher in my local church in Milford, Michigan.

I am a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Administration and I was in the Marching Band there! I enjoy tennis, table tennis (I often participate in the state tournament here in Michigan), golf and swimming, and I like to travel.
